By organizing Permaculture Design Certification Courses (PDC) and other outreach education opportunities, we propose a holistic re-visioning of urban and suburban land use strategies that will respect and uphold our rich natural systems. In collaboration with other permaculturists around the world, we work to educate, demonstrate and implement the vast toolset of permaculture systems designs, including sustainable building, edible forest gardening, wildlife habitat restoration, food preservation, water harvesting, soil remediation and much more.
To be a permaculturist is to concern oneself with the observation and interaction with the whole of our landscapes: physical, intellectual, and spiritual. The focus of Green Triangle’s work as permaculturists is to cultivate the vision of Cleveland and NorthEast Ohio as a green, resilient center with living community ecosystems that can support themselves indefinitely.
